Exchange Policy

First of all, thank you for shopping with us! We carefully steam and proof-check every piece of garment before shipping out. However, we offer exchange policy for factory-flawed garments and sizing issues (not for some color difference, or loose threads) Perfectionist be ware! =) 

Please note the following exceptions to our exchange policy:
- An exchange item must be paid in FULL price
- Any discounted items (promotion, free delivery, coupons, etc.) are FINAL and cannot be exchanged
- Exchange items must have ALL tags on and be returned in original packaging with payment evidence and order history
- Exchange items must have no visible signs of wear, tear or use
- Exchange items must be unworn, unwashed, and unbleached
- Intimate items like undergarments cannot be exchanged
- Accessories such as jewelries, bags and scarfs cannot be exchanged

- White garments, knits, silk and satin items cannot be exchanged 

- Please ask us the fit and size before purchase

To Exchange or to receive Store Credit
- You need to notify us within 24 hours after receiving the package for exchange.

- We can only exchange for you if you're in certain state and divisions. Please contact customer support to see if your location is eligible to proceed exchange.

- 2 way delivery fees is responsible by the customer.

- If you want to drop off yourself, the item needs to be dropped off at our office location within 7 days of receiving the item.

Additional Information:
- Your exchange order will take us up to 10 business days to process
- You will receive the wanted exchange item or store credit (coupon) once your exchange item has passed our process
